Rules and Regulations
1. Contestants are required to submit the enrolment form and registration fee (RM 50) to organizer on or before 12 of July 2010.
2. Contestant must be a single female Malaysian age between 16 years old to 28 years old.
3. Requirement of height of contestants is at least 150 cm or above.
4. Contestants must be free from any contracts of singing and performing; and do no have any criminal records
5. The Organizer has the rights to reject applications submitted.
6. Contestant is required to attend every sections of the competition as required, which include photography section, rehearsal and the preliminary section, semi final and the grand final.
7. All the contestants must be punctual; the organizer remains the rights to eliminate late comers.
8. Every contestants is given not more than 8 minutes to perform.
9. Contestant shall attend to the competition at their own cost, which includes dressings, transportation and accommodation.
10. All contestants must attend to all the rehearsals & all official function as required.
11. Contestants shall be responsible for their make up and hairstyling at the competition.
12. The organizer shall not be liable in any mentally and physically injury or any loss caused to contestants during the competition.
13. The organizer remains the rights to publish the name, photographs, and voices of any contestant for promotional purpose without prior notice.
14. The decision of judges and organizer is final.
15. Every contestant agrees to the rules and regulations by signing the form.
16. All prices and gifts are not refundable.
17. Organizer remains the rights to eliminate absentee or any other contestants who disobey the rules and regulations.
18. The scope of judging based on contestants creativity on their dressing, hair style, make-up, and etc.
19. Scope of judging in Preliminary section (overall Image presentation and creativity).
20. Scope of judging in Semi final (overall image presentation, creativity, confidence body language and, individual performance).
21. Scope of judging in Final (overall image presentation, creativity, confidence body language, individual performance, and Q & A Session.)
22. The overall result is based on judgment and audience voting.
23. The Organizer remains the rights to make necessary changes during competition without prior notice.
24. Organizer might change the date and time of competition when encounter unexpected situations.
25. The organizer remains the rights to make any amendment of the rules and regulations without prior notice.
